BEFORE

I grew up in a small village in Switzerland, raised by my mom and three sisters. I wasn’t the most disciplined or confident person. School didn’t excite me, and I drifted through life without real direction. I wanted more but didn’t know how to create it.


When I moved to London, I thought success meant working harder and living faster. I joined the Army, worked in sales, and even appeared on TV and in music videos. From the outside, I looked successful, but inside, I was lost, chasing validation instead of purpose.


I trained but saw no progress. I kept starting over, never consistent enough to change. My body didn’t reflect my effort, and my mind was restless. I had no structure, no stability, and no control.

BEFORE

My body changed first, becoming leaner, stronger, and more resilient. But the real transformation happened in my mindset. I learned to stay consistent even when life got hard, to focus on progress over perfection, and to find peace in structure.


Now I live with purpose and balance. I coach women to achieve the same, creating real transformation built on systems, not struggle. My mission is simple: to help high-performing women feel strong, confident, and in control again.
